Villa description

EXTERIOR

Access to the property through a remote controlled iron outdoor gate.
Large flat lawn area, between the the outdoor gate and the bathing area.
Playground for kids with tree huts, swings and slides.
Long wide covered walkway alongside the façade of the main house with tables and chairs connecting the two attached houses.
A large screened-in conservatory, with a fully equipped summer kitchen,a flat screen 40″ TV with SAT. Next to it is a covered terrace connecting the screen conservatory and the covered walkay alongside the façade of the house and to be used as a dining area for up to 40 people.
Fenced bath area, with garden furniture, 3 showers and a 7×13 m large pool.
Bedroom 7: Little cottage, poolhouse, close to the swimming pool with its own covered terrace, with 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 1 private bathroom.
Bocce ball court of 7x15m next to the bathing area.
Clothesline area behind the main house and close to the screen conservatory.
Small porch with recycling bins next to the outdoor gate.
In order to enjoy your stay without worries, the villa has a big generator guaranteeing the power supply, in case of disruptions due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERIOR

Villa Mas Estrada, HOUSE 1, is divided into 2 floors, equipped with air-conditioning and heating. On the ground floor it sleeps 3 people, 1 bedroom and 4 bathrooms :

On the first floor sleeps it 16 people, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

1 large dining room for up to 23 people.
1 fully equipped kitchen.
1 large and cosy sitting room, 40m2 with view to the screened conservatory and equipped with a flat screen TV.
The stairs leading to the first floor are equipped with a security gate for children.

Villa Paller Mas Estrada HOUSE 2, is divided into 2 main floors, equipped with air-conditioning and heating. On the ground floor it sleeps 5 people, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms :

The villa has 15 beds, 8 doubles and 7 singles ones, measuring 135 and 90 cm respectively.
All windows are double glazed and have fly screens providing full ventilation.
Outdoor lights open and close automatically on schedule.
Stone walls are thick to keep the houses cool in the summer and cosy in the winter.
The large pools measuring 6 x 12, are saline controlled and maintained daily.
The pools are fenced for children’ s safety

Nearby supermarkets and shops are located just 3 minutes from the property.
Direct and unlimited access to internet.
The property has a well that supplies potable water for all purposes after being purified all year round including the summer months.The water for domestic use and the pool is constantly monitored by our maintenance staff and Health Authorities. Furthermore and as our holiday houses accommodate large groups we have for each villa a complete system of wastewater treatment for each villa.
