Settled in a 20,000m2 private, enclosed estate surrounded by cultivated fields and forests belonging to the property, it offers beautiful views. Barcelona city is 45 min. and Costa Brava beaches are 15 min. away. Local facilities at 3 min. distance.

RATE INFORMATION

Prices quoted are for the rental of the whole week.
Please contact us to check accommodation availability for different lenght stay-over, e.g. 3-4 nights, a week and a half, during the weekdays, or just for a weekend.
*Minimum stay 1 night in low season.
This villa's weekly periods run from Thursday to Thursday, check our other villas for different arrival days.
Except for July and August, for the rest of the year prices are for up to 30 people. For over 30 guests price increases by 25€ per day.
Prices are quoted for the rental of the entire property and in Euros.
Holiday weddings are not held from June to August.
Wedding celebrations have an additional price of from 400 to 1000 Euros.

EXTERIOR

Arrival at the property through a long, pleasing, and a long private track surrounded by a lush forest.
Access to the Villa through a remote-controlled gate.

Huge screened conservatory overlooking the beautiful landscape with a fully equipped summer kitchen, a BBQ, and a dining area with seating for 40 people with a 65" smart-TV.
A Games-room with direct access to the conservatory, with billiard, foosball table, two Playstation 4 with racing simulators ( Optional extra ) and a sound system.
Small porch with recycling bins close to the outdoor gate.
Clothesline area.
A huge leveled lawn area perfect for outdoor games,( 2000m2 ).
A big enclosed swimming pool of 8x14m with a shallow side suitable for children.
A 100m2 anti-slip deck with sun loungers surrounding the pool.
Two Playground areas for children and a ping-pong table on the leveled area near the conservatory.
Two car park areas next to the Manor Villa
Amazing nature all around the property with an immense exclusive area of more than 20,000 m2 of forest, farmland, and a fenced pond. This area includes a walking area and a third playground area for children.
Villa Mas Sant Jordi has a fiber optic internet connection with a symmetric speed of 1000 Mb (1 Gbps).
To provide a quality Wi-Fi network with maximum speed, the entire Manor house has access points to the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology that allows it to provide the speed of fiber to wireless devices.
In addition to the Wifi 6 connection, villa Mas Sant Jordi has wired access points (10-port 1Gb switch) to the huge screened and in the main dining room of the manor house, to be able to carry out company events at maximum speed, such as Team Building, conferences, streaming teamwork, webinars, among others, with a full guarantee.
In order to enjoy your stay without worries, the Villa has a big electric generator guaranteeing the power supply in case of disruptions due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Villa Mas Sant Jordi is spread out over 2 floors. On the ground floor are 6 bedrooms wich sleeps 14 people, and 5 bathroms, 1 toilet.

1 big dining room for up to 40 people with the typical Catalan vault, equipped with flat screen TV with SAT.
2 fully equipped kitchens.
1 laundry room with an 15kg washing machine and 2 extra fridges with freezers.
1 big and fully hall with typical exposed beams.
1 separate bathroom is adapted for disabled people.

On the first floor are 9 bedrooms that sleeps 26 people, 7 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

The stairs leading to the first floor are equipped with a stair gate for kids security.

The ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users.
Outdoor lights switch on and off automatically on schedule.
The rustic stone walls are thick and keep the house cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. The villa disposes of air-conditioning and central heating.
The huge enclosed pool measuring 8×14 m , is saline-controlled and maintained daily.
Nearby supermarkets and shops are situated just 1,5 to 4 km from the property.
